Royal Rouge Customs Constables

Royal Rouge Customs Constables: the 2nd regiment of para-military forces controlled by the Ministry of the Exchequer. The Customs Constables enfore tarrifs and tax collection as well as suppressing smuggling. Distinguished by their red pants opposed to the Border Constables blue.
